Ginger the Police Dog & Office Connors from the Nashua Police Department visited White Wing School’s Kindergarten class on Tuesday, May 1st. Office Connors told all about Ginger & the important work she does with him. Ginger is an 8-year old blood hound who both lives & works with Officer Connors. The children loved learning about Ginger & enjoyed their visit with her. Thank you Officer Connors for teaching us about Ginger!

White Wing School June Summer Camp

White Wing School offers a June Summer Camp the 2 weeks following the completion of school. Summer Camp is held Monday through Thursday from 9:00-1:00 for children currently enrolled in the 3-year old, 4-year old & Kindergarten programs. Fun, outdoor, age appropriate activities are provided along with 1 snack & drink (children bring their own brown bag lunch). Don’t forget their bathing suits & sunscreen! `

White Wing School Annual Ice Cream Social 5/23/12

On Wednesday, May 23 at 6:00 pm White Wing will celebrate the school year with an ice cream social at the Greeley Park gazebo. Don’t forget to bring your own bowl! Vanilla & chocolate ice cream will be served along with a variety of delicious toppings! What a great way to celebrate the wonderful year we’ve had. Hope to see you there! Thanks to the White Wing School Board for hosting this event. (Event intended for currently enrolled families.)

Seacoast Science Center Visits White Wing School

On Thursday, May 3rd, The Seacoast Science Center at Odiorne Point in Rye, New Hampshire will visit our school. The children will get a chance to explore several different kinds of sea life. This hands-0n experience is a yearly event at White Wing. The children love learning about the life that life in our coastal ocean. Check back to see pictures!

Animal Adventures Visits White Wing School

Animal Adventures Animal Education Facility from Bolton, Massachusettes visited White Wing School on April 6th to teach the children about turtles & tortoises. The children & teachers has a great time interacting with & learning about the reptiles, especially Barney the Giant Tortoise. Thank you Mr. Scott for visiting us!

Nashua Senior Center Visits White Wing School

The Nashua Senior Center visited White Wing School in honor of National Arts Month. Several members of the Senior Center visited and brought with them a variety of instruments from an accordion all the way to a saw! Yes, saws can make music! The children & teachers enjoyed learning about their instruments, singing songs & doing the Hokey Pokey! Thank You Nashua Senior Center for visiting with us! We hope you will visit with us again next year.
